Crankshaft Journal Rebuild Kits
Gleason supplies many different Journal Rebuild Kits. The wire and flux combination contained in each kit is designed specifically for each application.

Passenger Car (Non Heat Treated )
(Each kit welds approx. 150 - 175 journals)
This material intended for all grades of cast iron also for nitrided/tuffrided high performance forged steel and billet steel. No pregrinding necessary for cast or steel.
